LADIRE asked:

They are about the size of small mosquito bites. They are mostly on my legs and torso, I have noticed a few on my forearms. They only slightly itch. Randomly spaced.

I don’t think it is anything to do with my bed or bed bugs since my boyfriend has none. I was in a friend’s hot tub 2 nights ago, I didn’t notice any bumps until I got out of the shower last night. This morning there are so many!!! Do you think I could be having a reaction to some chemicals from the hot tub? Ahhhhhhh! I feel like a leper.

After I shower, the soles of my feet (the heels and arch mostly) burn and itch like I spilled acid on them. They are sometimes slightly red but there is no other visual indication of a problem. It usually starts about 10 minutes after getting out of the shower, and lasts for 10-15 minutes. The hotter the water, the worse it is, but it happens even when the water is almost uncomfortable cool. I don’t use chemical cleansers to clean the tub.

It doesn’t happen when we stay at a hotel or a family member’s house, even though I take my shampoo and other shower products with me. It’s only in this house, and in the house we lived in previously, for a total of about 3 years now. I’ve tried applying lotion, I’ve used Benadryl and cortizone creams, and nothing helps. I actually dread showering anymore.

Anyone have any thoughts? Could I actually be allergic to something in the water? Our last house was very near here, but I’ve never heard of something like that.

delicate hot tub question?

luger asked:

Recently at a RV park, I was in the spa when 3 very large couples in swim attire got into the spa. It struck me that I was in a confined, hot water situation where bacteria and fungus or germs could easily grow.
My delicate question is, how do these huge humans properly clean themselves after using the toilet??
They had huge bums and couldn’t get a hand to their private parts either from the front or back to properly clean themselves.
Was I in danger of sitting in polluted water or am I making something from nothing???

What kind of rash is this?

01st September 2009

heavenseyes98 asked:

I have this “so called” rash on my lower face and neck. It is not red or does not itch. It is just bumps, it almost feels as if someone had hundreds of pimples starting on their face. I don’t know what this is. I will tell you what I have been doing. I had to help my mother clean out my grandmothers home due to her moving to a care home. The home was very dirty and dusty. Last night we had to stay in a hotel cause most everything sold. I went swimming. I have never had problems with chlorine before but know people who have. I didn’t notice the rash till this morning (after swimming of course). My rash is nothing like my friend gets from chlorine. Could this be a bacterial rash from bacteria in the hot tub or pool? Where or what can I do to start searching to find out info? Please no answers just telling me to go to the Dr. unless you know what I have and it’s serious. Please can anyone help me? Oh, I do have seasonal allergies as well but haven’t been having a problem.
