I am thinking about installing a dry sauna in my home.
Can anyone share with me their experiences?

wake up, eat, stretch for bout 10 min. then i jog about a mile, then I run a mile after that I work on about 200 sit ups/crunchers and 100 push ups. then I go in my sauna (sorry id I spelled that wrong) and then I shower. is that okay or should I do more/less???
okay!
well im on a junior high track team. also I’m definetly in shape, I’ve done karate my whole life. I’m average height…(if that helps?) umm also I weight 100 pounds.

My future and current goals are…for now, increase a healthyier life stlye and do better sprints and feald events. but my future goal is (I know it sounds odd but its true) is to become the fastest woman on earth/be able to run my 100m dash in 10 seconds flat. Thats noe like a goal I want now obviously because I need to gain up to that.

also if someone could please give me a weekly running plan to reach my 100m goal please do!!!

I’m just wondering if this is true because I’m planning to buy a home sauna.

Not only with the Total Sauna brand, but for all saunas.
I’d just like to hear your opinions.
Thank you.

Misty Jane asked:

I want to know where(common stores/internet)to buy quality cheap essential oils. I am looking for rosemary, rosewood, lemongrass, grapefruit, peppermint,Ylang Ylang, lavender,Tea tree, or any other oils that can be used for home face saunas. Thanks

Scotty asked:

Is it better to come home from work and eat a decent sized dinner and relax for a half hour to an hour then go to the gym to lift, do cardio, sauna, and swim or would I burn more calories if I went to the gym straight after work then came home and ate dinner?

I always believed if I ate first, I could go to the gym and burn off those calories and come home and relax. But some ppl are telling me that it is better to workout first because when you come home to eat, your metabolism is very high and your body burns the calories quicker than if you ate before your worked out. But then I’m thinking, I would eat when I got home and then sit down and relax and those calories aren’t being burned but just sitting there.

So which is better for burning calories in general…please give me your insight. Thanks.

Claudia asked:

I’ve tried using a humidifier, or the shower as a sauna effect. I don’t have any money for medicine (and the cough medicine I have is only a suppressant, not an expectorant.)

Is there any home remedies I can use until I can see my doctor?

Hanna H asked:

Perfume, Coffee, Diet coke, Salicylic acid face wash (Neutrogena), Extreme exercise (running, weight machines etc), Sauna, Shiatsu massage, Benadryl, Pepto bismol, Dramamine, Zofran, Soft serve ice cream (listeria), Hair removal sprays, Home tanning sprays??
What do you think..?

hm asked:

something you could do at home (so excluding saunas etc).

and i realize working out makes you sweat, but im looking for more out of the box suggestions! :D

Treadmill Please Help?

12th May 2010

Adam H asked:

Hi I am 17 about 6ft 1 and I weigh about 215. Now I planned on running on the treadmill alot this summer. Next year is my senior year, and i want to be really skinny. Not like anorexic looking tho. But I do have a little bit of gut, and some man boobs, but i was wondering if I start running for about 2-3 hours each day, did about 50 crunches, and about 30 pushups a day or butterflys since we have a small home gym and sauna, can I get rid of the excess fat by the time school starts at the end of August? I plan to drink no pop, eat no chocalate, or junk or fatty foods. I bought fruits and veggies, and granola bars for the chocalatey craving. And I bought tons of yogurt. So If wake up every morning around 9 and ran and did the situps and pushups can I get rid of my man ***** and got notciably by the time of my senior year of high school?
I also plan on drinking tons of water and Milk. When I get a chocolate craving I drink chocalate milk which prolly isnt good is it?
Well today was my first day and I think I did pretty well. I just basically want to be in shape for school. I want to be very attractive you know? Please dont say love yourself and any of that B.S. either because you can love yourself and still look hot. So should I just run or should I do crunches and butterflys and pushups too? I rather get skinny than look buffer you know?
