what are somethings that youre not supposed to do while pregnant. besides the obvious like smoking, drinking, lifting heavy stuff, cleaning litter box, etc… I ask cause I heard youre not allowed to get in a hot tub either and figured theres a lot more that arent as commonly talked about.
Andrea I feel sorry for you if you were under the false impression that you couldnt “do it” while pregnant. You mustve missed out on a good 9 months.

Recently at a RV park, I was in the spa when 3 very large couples in swim attire got into the spa. It struck me that I was in a confined, hot water situation where bacteria and fungus or germs could easily grow.
My delicate question is, how do these huge humans properly clean themselves after using the toilet??
They had huge bums and couldn’t get a hand to their private parts either from the front or back to properly clean themselves.
Was I in danger of sitting in polluted water or am I making something from nothing???

we’ve had it for about 5yrs with no trouble. the heating element just died and i replaced it with no problem. the issue now is when it heats up. it gets up to temp, no matter the setting and stops circulating like it should. BUT… the HEATER STAYS ON. it sits idle, NO CIRCULATION until the overheat limiter is tripped, then the heat turns off, but the heater will not engage again unless the power is reset. once reset, the cycle then begins again, heat-up, over-heat, etc. the filters are clean, there’s no evident pressure problem. the make is a “Gulf Coast model #7000/Cape Haze.”
I didn’t disconnect any wiring on the circuit board. I only changed the heat element.
The thermostat clips in seperately. If only there was a relay to replace or circumvent, but that’s not the case. I know my heater works, thermostat works, overheat limiter works. I can’t figure out why the heater won’t shut off when it reaches temp. There is no visible relay to trigger. I shut off main power, disconnected 2 wires to the element, and replaced. Only 2 wires were removed in the entire procedure. ugh.

My hubby and I joined some friends in their hot tub Saturday night, their hot tub was not very clean and I didnt discover this until getting into it. Sunday morning I woke up and my eyes were mattered shut and they bothered me all day. This morning pretty much the same thing, I am going to the eye doctor this afternoon to check it out. But is it possible it is something I contracted from the hottub and should I tell my eye dr. where I think I got the infection?
Just got back from the eye doctor and Yes it is pink eye and it is very probable that it was from the hot tub!!!

I have a top loading washer. Can you clean the outer most tub–not the one that your clothes actually sit in, but the one that surrounds that? I had to call for service in the beginning of the year and when he took the washer apart, he said that the outer most tub has build of from soap and hot water–you could actually see it. I now think that stuff is getting into the inner tub and getting spots on my clothes. I poured some bleach in and did a cycle w/o any clothes and hot water. That helped for about 1 load or so. Any suggestions? He did mention that to prevent this from happening if I get a new washer, to use cold water when I wash everything.

I have tried soaking and washing in a tub of hot water, Putting it in the dishwasher, after spraying with fantastic. It always gomes out dirty. We heat only with wood. There is still lots of dust everywhere.

I recently moved to a new apartment, and to let us move quicker we are cleaning it up instead the of the workers. Long story short , when they were working in the bathroom they left junk all in the tub and when we rinsed it, the bathtub bottom was BLACK I tried Bleach, Greased Lightening, Comet, Scrubbing bubbles, HOT water, what else? It is a little gone but still greyish black.
