I’ve heard that using your Hot Tub before exercise can aid in the improvement of your performance as it loosens the muscles thus, making exercise easier and reducing the risk of causing an injury. Is this true? Can’t it over relax you and tire you out to the point where you lack in energy?

I workout at a gym about three times a week, both on cycle and free-weight. After a workout, I spend some time in the whirlpool hot tub — because it feels good. The gym also has a dry and wet sauna. Besides feeling good, do these offer any benefits?

I’m looking for a cool spot to reserve now for Christmas. I would like to be able to sit outside in a hot tub in the snow.

We have to sell our house to move to another state, we need to fix one last thing, is our hot tub and we know it has a leak. How can we fix it with out having to spend a fortune to get it repaired. Otherwise we will have problems selling house.

I **** hot tubs. Not for sitting and soaking in, mind you. Rather, for fooling around in. I can’t be the only one that thinks they are too hot, make it more difficult to get “ready”, and once you are going trying to get a good rhythm going is more trouble than its worth given all the sloshing……

Whose with me on this?

I’ve heard that it’s not safe for a pregnant women to use a sauna but a hot tub might help soothe her. What would be the difference if you are still dealing with excessive heat?

I’ve been to the Royal Spa manufacturer in Indy and they have a Sultan model I’m interested in. Do you know anything about them that I should know about? I’m very interested in their model and would like some insight on the company. A thorough google search did not help much.
